A district A Authentic junmai shochu prepared with "Miyamizu" using Yamadanishiki from Yokawa-cho, Hyogo Prefecture as the main raw material.
The soft flavor and mellow taste without habit are popular.
It is a long-aged product that has been distilled under reduced pressure and slept for more than three years, and you can feel the umami of rice reminiscent of sake, it is an authentic junmai shochu unique to sake brewing.


【Barrel storage】
The barrel storage is a character type characterized by a faint aroma because junmai shochu is further aged in sherry barrels.
The sherry barrels have a slightly smoky feel, and the after-flavor has a sweetness like fresh cream.
