Daiginjo, which polished up to 35% yamada nishiki produced in Yokawa-cho Special A district, Hyogo Prefecture, has been aged for more than 15 years.
With more than 15 years of maturity, the color tone is gold-toned, and the gorgeous ginjo aroma has changed to a vanilla-like aroma, and the texture is refreshing and elegant, and dried fruits, especially the sourness of prunes and the sweetness of marrons are characteristic.
Enjoy brandy glasses with color and aroma from 12°C to 25°C.
It can also be combined with sweets such as chocolate and western oranges.
Red nuka that comes out when polishing Yamada nishiki is usually used as feed or discarded as a label, but red nuka is blended in Japanese paper and used as a label.
It was finished in a tasteful design with a red nuka flavor.
