Aged for more 15 years
Daiginjo, which is made by polishing yamada nishiki from Yokawacho, Hyogo Prefecture to 35% in Special A district, has been aged for more than 15 years.
With 15 years of ripening, the color tone is gold- and the gorgeous ginjo incense also has a vanilla-like aroma.
Change, the texture is gentle and elegant. Dried fruits, especially the sourness of prunes and the sweetness of marrons, are characteristic.
