Regional sake Miyamizu no sato

"Miyamizu" is a famous sake brewery that has not changed since it was discovered in the Edo period, and contains many ingredients such as phosphorus and potash, and when it is prepared, a rich male sake is completed. This "Miyamizu" gushes out only in a very limited place called the Miyamizu area. "Miyamizu-no-Sato" is a sake brewed by Hakutaka in the Miyamizu area with a special thought of "Miyamizu".
The sake "Miyamizu-no-Sato" uses 100% yamada nishiki made in rice terraces in the Misacac district of Hyogo Prefecture, located in the northern part of the Rokko Mountains, and in the sake mother making, which is the key to sake brewing, we make "Kimoto", which inherits the old technology in a laborious way of suppressing bacteria by natural lactic acid. The sake that was created in this way has a rich taste with a rich taste unique to Nada sake, and it can be said that it is a raw nada life that does not get tired of drinking.
In addition, this "Miyamizu-no-Sato" is sold only by member liquor stores in Nishinomiya City located in the Miyamizu area. Please enjoy this special miyamizu blessing.

Limited distribution of sake Etsuzo

In 1862, the first Tatsuuma Etsuzo founded Hakutaka at the current location of Nishinomiya.
We have started brewing sake with "super-first-class principle and quality first".

We have been thoroughly committed to the three major elements of making sake, water, rice, and sashimi, and without chasing the production volume mischievously, we have been brewing the traditional of Nada sake for a season (cold-making) to solidly produce a quantity of quality.

Since our founding, we have continued to protect 100% home brewing brands without blending a drop of sake from other manufacturers.

Sake "Etsuzo" named after Etsuzo Tatsuuma, the founder of Hakutaka

Currently, "Touri mono iwazaredomo shita onozuto kei wo nasu", which is Hakutaka's company motto, is the founder's will that "if you honestly sell your best products, you will naturally seek it."
We offer only sake that we believe to be delicious even if we take time and effort without having to worry about the current of the times.

Embodying the will that continues from the founder, we will make it a brand that can create and provide further value by fusing "things that do not change" and "things that change" while valuing tradition.
Please enjoy it once by all means.
In 1862, he was divided from the Tatsuuma Honke (Hakushika Brewery) and established the family (Kitatatsuuma family). Started brewing sake by purchasing Urokogura, a sparrow of Samabe in Nishinomiya at that time. We started loading up to Edo under the name "Scale". Later, we put out the "Hakutaka" mark with a super-first-class principle and quality first, and gained a very high reputation for both quality prices.
In 1877, Japan's first national exposition was held in Tokyo, and he won the Kamon Award at the fair. Since then, he has exhibited at numerous international expositions and won the grand prize.
